Courtesy Pay
(effective November 1, 2004)

We are pleased to offer a new service that will eliminate costly and frustrating oversights when you write checks. Courtesy Pay allows any member with a checking account open for 45 days, and with direct deposit or at least $500 in a savings account to have an overdrawn check paid and
cleared by the credit union (limits vary and restrictions may apply). A fee applies each time Courtesy Pay is activated, but the advantages far outweigh the costs associated with returned checks, which are bad for your credit, personally embarrassing and time-consuming to resolve. This valuable enhancement will be activated on your account, unless you opt out. It's yet another way we help you manage your financial security.
