POSITION: Experienced Full-time Bilingual Consumer Loan Officer

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for loading, underwriting, and approving consumer loans

QUALIFICATIONS: Processing and approving loans in compliance with Federal regulations and credit union lending policies. You will be responsible for assessing risk on potential member loans and recommending new loans to the Consumer Loan Director. This presents an exciting opportunity for a talented, self-directed, motivated candidate to work in a creative and collaborative team environment.

Advanced education is preferred. Must have a minimum of two years underwriting experience with risk-based lending. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word. You must be fluent in Spanish and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

You will have a proven track record of successful loan underwriting, be self motivated and possess strong people skills, with a positive, can-do attitude and be available to work any shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
